4Shipping Policy

This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions, Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy statement and Return & Refund Policy.

 

  1. SHIPMENT SERVICE

All our products are shipped from our workshop/warehouse in India. We use the services of third-party delivery service provider, namely, DELHIVERY, for shipping the orders placed by the users. We ship all over India. We charge flat shipping rates for shipping all across India, and you may also be liable to pay taxes, customs and duties as per the applicable law.

 

  2.  ORDERS AND SHIPMENT

  • Orders subject to acceptance and availability: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an item listed as “in stock” will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day-to-day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when a customer places the order, and sold out by the time we attempt to process the order.

  • Shipment Time: All delivery orders successfully received by us from the users, are usually dispatched within a period of 2 to 4 working days, provided such products are available in stock with us and can reach the customer in another 4-5 business days. In the case of express shipping, the parcel is delivered in 3-6 working days pan India ( Excluding states: Jammu and Kashmir, Mizoram, Manipur, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and Assam and Sikkim)

  • Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are to be borne by the user, unless stated otherwise by us in writing. For pan-India, our present shipping costs are INR 90 per order. However, we offer free shipping on all orders above INR 900 for delivery addresses within India. .

  • Delivery Time: We use Delhivery as our third party shipment service provider, which takes around 2 to 14 working days to deliver the orders in all parts of India. The estimated delivery date to your destination address of an item will be communicated to you after your successful payment. However, the delivery time is subject to change based on a shortage of an item, bad weather, the transit time of your carrier, your destination address, pandemic-related restrictions, etc. 

  • Not for Commercial Purpose: The products sold on the website are not for re-sale or distribution. We reserve the right to cancel orders and/or suspend accounts where we believe products are being ordered in breach of this provision.

  • Assumption of Risk: You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering them. We or our delivery partners accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

 

  3.  CHECKING THE ORDER STATUS

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number that you can use to continually check its status. Please allow us up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within the period communicated to you in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@lovedk.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

4.  TAXES AND DUTIES

Taxes and Custom Duties: Imported goods may be subject to different import taxes and customs duties depending on their content, value and other legally considered factors. You shall be responsible to bear these amounts in full, wherever applicable. 

 

  5.  THIRD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS 

Whenever you place an order with us for any product, it is our third-party delivery service provider, namely Shiprocket (hereinafter referred to as our “Delivery Partner”) who ship and deliver the products to your doorsteps in the most convenient and hassle-free manner. For this purpose, we also share certain personally identifiable information (PII) of yours with our Delivery Partner in order to fulfil your order. Please refer to our Privacy Policy statement for more details on the subject.  

 

  6.  RISK OF LOSS

The items purchased through the Site are shipped by Delivery Partner, therefore, as a result, risk of loss and title for such items shall pass to you, upon our delivery to the Delivery Partner. In no case, shall we be responsible for any lost shipments.

 

  7.  RESERVATION OF RIGHT

We or our Delivery Partners reserve the right to change the shipment fee for any jurisdiction.

 

  8.  GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Unless provided by the relevant statute, rules or directives applicable to the jurisdiction in which you reside, in case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the Products that you order or purchase from the website or this Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.
